Torn CV boots and worn axles, and new pads and rotors fitted for a small extra charge while the brakes are already off for the clutch.

Our story
Clutch-Pro started out as the specialty clutch division of our Mazda company, Mazda Specialties. The clutch work reached so many kinds of car owners that it became a shop of its own, and today it is Calgary's only dedicated clutch repair and service shop.
We stock clutch lines from trusted suppliers such as ACT and Exedy and have the specialty tools and flywheel machine to match. The goal is simple: do the job once, and do it right.

The shop is on the corner of 37th Street SW, just off 17th Avenue, between Auto Value and Speedy Brake. We serve drivers across Calgary and Southern Alberta.

No. A clutch is at least three standard components, the pressure plate, the clutch disc and the release bearing, plus a pilot bearing on most vehicles.
In most cases about 100,000 km, and up to 160,000 km, depending on the car and how hard it is driven.
With a booked appointment we do our best to offer same day turnaround, as long as the components show no more than normal damage. If a clutch fails suddenly and you arrive without a booking, our rush service aims to finish within 48 hours, and 4 days at most.
No shop can honestly predict that. There is usually some grace period once slipping starts, but we do not advise stretching a slipping clutch: replace it as soon as you can.
Front wheel drive cars start at $799 for parts and labour. Rear wheel drive vehicles average $850, a sports or performance car can add $50 to $200, and some newer or all wheel drive jobs run about $850 to $1050. Call for an accurate quote.
In most cases, no. Most clutches work hydraulically, so a failed cylinder or hose is often the cause. That repair costs roughly 20% of a replacement clutch and can usually be done the same day.
